What is the goal of this PR?

We are adding a new example to the existing one to demonstrate Typedb capabilities in a CTI environment.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?

Adding a new folder containing the new TypeDB schema, dataset, example.
Modifying existing readme to reflect the new addition.
