Fixed a visual bug in the multi-item field menu where non-primary items incorrectly displayed a bookmark icon during hover exit animations.

• Modified RightIcon logic in /packages/twenty-front/src/modules/object-record/record-field/meta-types/input/components/MultiItemFieldMenuItem.tsx to only show bookmark icon for primary items
• Removed hover-triggered bookmark icon display for non-primary items to prevent unwanted flash effect
