chore(deps): update dependency stardoc to v0.7.0

Unfortunately, they broke compatiblity with Bazel 6 in stardoc 0.7.1 (by
upgrading rules_jvm_external to 6.1 which uses `use_repo_rule` in its
MODULE.bazel in PR bazelbuild/stardoc#237).
