add_toc adds a table of content to an html file.

Set up your KDE 4 environment like this:

You need to have tidy installed, for SUSE 11.1, you can do this with
yast -i libtidy-devel

Compile add_toc like this:
cmake . && make 
Call add_toc like this:
./add_toc
