Thanks for contributing :) I would like to merge the changes for sanitize.css, however, I'm unsure about modern-normalize. I don't think that focusing on the latest versions of a subset of the currently used browsers is a good idea. If the goal of the project really is to "to make itself obsolete", then the focus should be on all the popular browsers.

Modern-normalize quite gained some traction.

normalize.css also will be obsolete one day. I think it is important to have possibilities to pick from, and this is one that I were missing from the list. However. I don't mind if we remove it from the PR - your choice. Just let me know.

I updated the description of modern-normalize to clearly state its limited focus. A lot of people seem to be interested in that project anyway, so I guess it is fair to include it in the list after all.
