- basic translation support (currently Russian and English)
- setting to hide bot connect or disconnect messages when testing or using SourceTV
- setting to hide server startup messages when using a watchdog script
- removed astolfo profile picture for bots in place of default steam profile picture. mostly preference though
useful for servers that have constant restarts that do not want relay channel pollution.
