How are we going to contribute code?

My understanding is that we should keep contributing to the triton-mlir repo, and @ptillet will periodically merge code into openai/triton. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

We should probably sunset the triton-mlir repo, and open PRs on the public repo against the triton-mlir branch. Discussing the PRs publicly might be useful for future reference. For PRs that are already open in triton-mlir though, I we can merge them into triton-mlir and I will merge them manually into openai/triton
