This PR adds options to manually change spoken time counters when using voice functionality.
This is beneficial for allowing the countdown to sound more natural when using different languages inside of
espeak
.My implementation is incompatible with certain spoken languages, however; one of those, for example, is Japanese, where the "counter" word might have a different pronunciation depending on the number preceding it.
