Updated the patch in README.md for commit b6b0be4

Updated the existing patch. I tried to respect the current formating

It's not applying for me, git says:

I fixed it. The patch was applying normally but despite that git apply was complaining for a whitespace. I never really tested it with git apply because it's way to quirky. I tested it with patch < patches/dwmblocks-statuscmd-b6b0be4.diff and it was working normally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
