buttons in configuration do NOT work

In the Configure page, with some settings changes, then click save button, but nothing happened.
Actually, all buttons in this pages don't work.

I assume some http requests here, but nothing found with the debug console in browser

Some logs before clicking the save button as the snapshot.
I don't know if they do matter.

Env:

1. bitbucket4.0 (previous called stash) downloaded & installed yesterday.
2. pull-request-notifier-for-bitbucket 2.2, installed yesterday
3. browser: firefox 40.3/chrome 45.0 on mac10.10, firefox35.1 on win7

If you do, it would be interesting to hear how they work for you.

Only change in 2.2 is this:

And I made it without testing, except unit tests. So that may explain it.
