Actually, I just noticed that the reading methods integrate with coop and task dumps. Writing should do the same. Add this to every poll method:

Motivation
The standard io
Empty
implements bothRead
andWrite
, so I thought the async version should as well. I thought it would be useful in scenarios that require a single instance to be bothAsyncRead + AsyncWrite
.Solution
The solution implements
AsyncWrite for Empty
and adds a doctest as an example. Much of the documentation is copied from std::io::empty().
