Description
This PR adds patterns that validate IPv6 CIDR
Why is this needed
This is required so that IPv6 addresses are accepted in “trustedProxies” and the tinkerbell-stack can be deployed on an IPv6 environment

Deployed a stack with a few IPv6-Addresses and IPv4-Addresses in the "trustedProxies"-Array
