Adding doc search

This PR adds in documentation search which is important. This is based upon Smooth doc implementation and uses docsearch by algo

Does this automatically re-index the content? When/how does it do that?

It does by the docsearch it's done automatically versus algoria API calls. It's part of the features. When you sign up you have and it's automatically crawled and indexed.
