Add installation instructions for elementaryOS 5.1 Hera

• Introducing elementary OS 5.1 Hera
• Native Flatpak support out of the box.
• No support for *.flatpakrepo yet (Handle .flatpakrepo files elementary/sideload#72) :-(

I thought that after typing the command below, flatpaks will show up in elementaryos's AppCenter, but it didn't. Reboot didn't help.

flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists nuvola https://dl.tiliado.eu/flatpak/nuvola.flatpakrepo
flatpak update

User installation + reboot (!) helped.
