The idea is to select the most robust & reliable cases at first to start with. More tests are going to be tagged one by one when a test is seen having such maturity that it should fail only if there is really something wrong

This PR changes only automated test tags, we need to finetune the 'pre-merge' jenkins pipelines a bit as well due to this.
