Initial Release

Tested and works on 2 different VPS's, and a VMware virtual machine from CentOS 7 minimal setup. Have not tested any Hardware setups, as I have no VOIP hardware cards to test. Although it should work the same as the official release.. But if you are going to do a setup like that, you might as well just use the official Elastix ISO for that.
