Partially fix for old browsers

This update makes slider-entity-row load in old browsers (like safari on iPad Air 1/2).

The sliders still may not work on old browsers, but that's because Home Assistant uses a slider which doesn't support old browsers, which may or may not be fixed.

Keep track on home-assistant/frontend#18981 for updates.
