Epub CSS style contains several unused items and images are generated too big to be be useful in exported ebooks #1001

This makes the generated recipe books somewhat useless as one has to flip pages a lot within a single recipe (which is bad because fingers are dirty when preparing food).

martinp26 pushed a commit to martinp26/gourmet that referenced this issue Jun 21, 2020
Drop the unused parts, elements which do not actually occur in
generated epubs.  Also, more consistently format the CSS.

Further, reduce the image size and move it to the right, so that
screen-real-estate is not wasted.

Fixes thinkle#1001.
