Are there no breaking changes otherwise? Renaming the package/gateway would be breaking, but we could the gateway as an alias perhaps |

As PaymentExpress was rebranded to Windcave, urls needs to be updated in order to work properly. This pull request just update the urls. Maybe the whole project needs to be renamed and/or refactored to use the new brand name.
