New member does not appear in Member Directory

Just noticed new member capsule ID AN0401OW does not appear in our Member Directory.

I've been asked to ensure this new corporate member appears on our Member Directory asap

I think they need to fill out their directory entry first

Isn't the entry is created in the Member Directory and they fill in their
profile?
