Java Messaging Service (JMS) Publisher/Subscriber example implementation

Launch a broker Send a message via PublisherClient. Text file should be located at src/main/resources DeliveryMode.PERSISTENT enables subscriber to retrieve sent information even if broker has failed and restart is needed.
