Important

Because of the impossibly big library size i had to split setup into several files, please, download dmtoolssetup.exe, dmtoolssetup-1.bin and dmtoolssetup-2.bin into one folder, i will find a different way to fix this issue later (probably music and images will be published in a separate .zip? i dunno, ill figure something out, but for now - just download everything and open dmtoolssetup.exe) (and no, i couldn't add everything in one .zip, cause gh says that its too big) (whatever)
