SwitchBot Curtain Status Decoder #144

While people with the device seem either afraid or unsure of testing with a test branch we could release this finished SwitchBot Curtain status decoder. With eventual feedback it could then also be possible to implement the writing control of the device in OMG, similar to the Bot.

Please let me know how you feel about this.

For an OpenMQTTGateway control of the SwitchBot Curtain the following commands could be implemented

Open : 570F450105FF00
Close : 570F450105FF64
Certain position: 570F450105FF00-64 (0-100%)
Stop : 570F450100FF

with the serviceUUID and charUUID apparently identical to the already implemented SwitchBot Bot.
