Update the layout support for XD96

Description

Updates the VIA support for the XD96 keyboard, using matrix data found in a TMK keymap generator.

New layout options:

  I don't own one of these, but zvecr from QMK does, and flashed it with VIA-enabled firmware as part of helping me verify the matrix data, which I discovered was incorrect on the QMK side, dating back to when the board was first submitted and merged to QMK.
• I have assigned alpha keys and modifier keys with the correct colors.
• The Vendor ID is not 0xFEED
