Added via layout for Dactyl Manuform 5x6_5 keyboard

Description

Added the Dactyl Manuform 5x6_5 keyboard layout to via.

NB: No keys have special colours in this layout, the same as in the existing Dactyl Manuform 5x7 layout and for the same reason: no keys in this layout are clearly established as alpha/accent/modifier keys.
