Describe the bug
Subfolders in '[square-root]' are not visible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Create Folder popup
Define a name
Set 'Parent folder' to be [square-root]
Save

Expected behavior
Subfolder becomes visible because it is created.

First part was fixed in
