Cannot use common radio

Description

I typed in .h to use common radio, but nothing happened. Keep in mind that I was a smartgunner, not one of the job roles that spawned with common radio with ; .

2. Type .h in
3. Can't talk in common radio.

Apparently nobody thought to think of "What happens if the random channel prefix that is given to a custom squad's radio channel is set to an already existing channel's prefix? (Like common channel)"
It doesn't effect people that have common as their default channel, so shipside roles and command roles, though everyone else will just have to say, take over requisitions channel because that's the other channel everyone has access to, besides common
