What does this PR do?
This PR moves the extract docker host function to an internal package, as it's an implementation detail of the internals of this library. Therefore, we consider this should not be exposed outside of the library.
In Go, an internal package is an special package that is interpreted by the Go compiler, checking that only packages having the same parent package as the internal can actually import it.
Why is it important?
This is handy to hide functionality to be used internally from the public API.
