What does this PR do?
It retires the macos workers from the modules stage of the GH actions.
Why is it important?
We are only compiling the modules in the workers, so not adding real value to the pipeline. Besides that, we have detected certain flakiness on GH provisioning those workers, and because the amount of modules is increasing, it's not worth it to keep them, as they are adding errors to the pipelines.
