This improves Hyper-V support in a few ways:

  • borrowed and enhanced code from kitchen-hyperv to detect sane Hyper-V switch defaults
  • environment variable KITCHEN_HYPERV_SWITCH is checked/used and takes precedence over above code
  • shared folders are disabled by default for bento Hyper-V boxes
