tt-smi -ls shows n150 L (checking for .as_wh()), whereas the UI shows just n150 (checking for "n300" only).

Should this display depend on whether there is a second chip on-card or on whether the card has Ethernet ports?

Consistently show L/R for all Wormhole devices

tt-smi --list shows "L" for n150s cards, but tt-smi UI does not.

Align the conditions to check for Wormhole devices in both places.
This has the side-effect of removing the only check for value "n300".

Resolves issue tenstorrent#48.
