feat: Release new version that is compatible with Gaia vega upgrade

Summary

Cosmos SDK v0.44.1 was released, So the Liquidity module also needs to bump the SDK version and reviewing the breaking changes of the release, and check if there is a problem with the version change, and update related codes.

Proposal

• Checking breaking changes of the v0.44.1
• Bump SDK to v0.44.1 feat: bump Cosmos SDK from v0.44.0 to v0.44.1 #452
• Bump SDK to v0.44.2 feat: bump Cosmos SDK from v0.44.1 to v0.44.2 #454
• If there is no problem with the vega upgrade schedule, include Pool Coin Decimal Truncation During Deposit #445 and fix: add overflow checking and test codes for cover edge cases #458 in the v1.4.1 release.
• Release liquidity v1.4.1 release liquidity v1.4.1 #459
• Bump liquidity version on gaia for vega upgrade gaia v6.0.0-rc2 cosmos/gaia#979 or other PR
