Zomes are zonohedron domes, made from rhombi.

The beauty of zomes is that their shape comes completely from the properties of rhombi - only the bottom row of triangles is chosen by the user.

For large scale construction, take the measurements and cut out the pieces. Here's one we made out of cardboard:
