[OpenShift] Bump git-cli task version in addon

Changes in Task from v0.2 -> v0.3

 Sets the user_home default to /root, otherwise ssh-credentials don't work

Other small adjustments:
* Made input workspace optional
* Added some explanation on how to use the input workspace
* Included a reference for .ssh directory setup
