Requirements:
Python 2.6
PyRtMidi   --CrossPlatform Midi Library-- (use the own patched version at http://github.com/tedr56/PyRtMidi)
ConfigObj  --Config File Library--        (http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/configobj.html)
