Arduino library-style CAN bus driver for Teensy3.1.

This driver is released for general use at your own risk. The largest change from the beta is to have the CAN clock derived from the 16MHz crystal instead of the bus. Please report any problems, opportunities or feature requests using the issues tracker for this repository.
