This adds a new field
tdexdconnect_urlto the definition of a target in the config file to connect to a daemon without explicitly specifying the address and paths of the cert/mac for auth.If this field is not empty, all other fields of the JSON object will be ignored when attempting to connect to the daemon.
Closes #32.
