v0.19.19 BlockUndo debug

This version adds verification in the UndoWriteToDisk function to de-serialize the CBlockUndo object from disk immediately after it is written to verify the data. A SIGTRAP is raised if any errors are encountered to halt an attached debugger.

v0.19.17 debug build with validation of BlockUndo data

This is a debug build with which validates BlockUndo data in UndoWriteToDisk by deserializing from disk and comparing with original. An attached debugger will be halted by raise(SIGTRAP).
