[REQUEST] Add in File Counter to ScanOneNote

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when using the ScanOnenote Strelka scanner, there's no way to keep track of the number of files that have been extracted during the scanning process. This makes it difficult to monitor if the scanner actually extracted any files.

Describe the solution you'd like
As the Onenote scanner currently emits files it extracts back into Strelka, adding in a counter would fulfill this request. Should be an extra line or two.
