Describe the bug
Receiving RuntimeError: CMake must be installed to build the following extensions: lief on Mac (M1)

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run docker-compose -f build/docker-compose.yaml build
  2. See errors: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'cmake' and CMake must be installed to build the following extensions: lief

Expected behavior
Successful Docker build on Mac
