흐름은 대략 이렇게 됩니다.

1. 사용자가 OAuth2 로그인 요청
2. OAuth2 제공자 인증 후 사용자 정보 반환 (OAuth2UserInfo)
3. CustomOAuth2UserService에서 사용자 정보 처리
4. OAuth2SuccessHandler에서 JWT 토큰 생성 및 쿠키에 저장
5. 이후 요청마다 TokenAuthenticationFilter에서 토큰 검증
6. 유효한 토큰의 경우 인증 정보 설정, 만료된 경우 재발급
7. 인증된 사용자는 권한에 따라 리소스 접근
