Release Ver 1.1 with improved efficiency

This release contains following updates:

• Further improved efficiency of guided filter (20 % reduction in total running time)
• Changed the location of MiddV3 dataset (made a sub-directory "trainingH")

Initial release

Initial release after some bug fix. This code contains following updates from the original paper version:

• Improved the implementation of guided image filter (running time is decreased by 30% ~ 50%).
• Added a new feature of initial iterations without smoothness regularization for faster inference.
