Excellent. Just forked earlier tonight and began adding A and B rotational axes. Will send along PR if I make reasonable progress.

funny you mention A & B. Now that Grbl supports A, B, and C, I've been thinking about how best to integrate > 3 axes... haven't fully thought it thru myself, but definitely a gap.

I'm seeing more and more people introduce A with a rotary type axis. my head starts to hurt when I try to contemplate a 5th or 6th axis. I have hard enough time visualizing 3 dimensions!

I think I have the basics in place. Settings checkboxes to select A and/or B with respective ko to allow rotation jogging and position reporting in the tab.
