Another minor PR to update the documentation for Remove XLink and and Reuse Paths.

In Remove XLink, recommend that it's added toward the end of the pipeline so it can convert xlink:hrefs that are added by other plugins.
In Reuse Paths, recommend that if SVG 1.1 compatibility isn't a requirement, users can run Remove XLink to reduce more bytes.
