Testing custom elements in Node is a bit of a nightmare. Appropriately enough, Nightmare appears to be the best option.

This will allow us to test the behaviour of custom elements, rather than relying on snapshots of the generated code which make it far too easy for bugs like #821 to go unnoticed. (PR is WIP because I want to fix that first.)

Will be interested to see what Travis thinks of this.
