Mobile-sized "Examples" page navigation doesn't work in Safari

To reproduce: open https://svelte.dev/examples on an iPhone, or in Safari desktop with the window sized small enough so that the "index", "input", and "output" buttons are at the bottom of the screen.

Click on the "index" or "output" links.

Expected behavior: the view should change to show the example index, or the example output.

Observed behavior: the main view continues to display the input.

No errors are visible in the console log.
