Add support to gather monitoring related info in must-gather #284

Currently, the must-gather scripts don't take into account the UWM-related information on the OCP cluster what's the status of pods, configmap's, prometheus-rules, etc. It is good to have this information available which can help debug any metric-related or dashboard dashboard-related issues.
