Update: The same issue with "compete" trigger.

Usage Scenario: A Skip To trigger uses a Radiogroup question; the Radiogroup question has the Other option enabled. However, when a user select the Other item, the user is immediately taken to the skip to 'target' question without being able to specify the other option.

However, normally, a user won't be able to proceed without specifying the Other option.

Expected behavior: a user first specify the other option, move the focus out, and then a survey is switched to the skip to~ question.
