Started page is not rendered in react in versions: v1.8.66-67 in react

We started to check page.isVisible in react from v1.8.66 and it returns always false for started page.
I have change this behavior and it started to return true. I check page.isStarted on avoiding to add started page into visiblePages array.
Unit tests corrected, new added and a functional test added to make sure we do not break it again.
