  1. The XT FX Bank is "Surge XT Effects"
  2. The LV2 URIs are correct
  3. The LV2_SHARED_LIB thing per JUCE LV2 won't build in unattended/non-XWindows pipeline builds #4030 is in place although
    requires an upstream merge to be workable
